We are building a new IT team for the Treasury, Tax, Risk & Law domain and are looking for motivated professionals who want to take ownership of diverse IT services and develop modern SAP technologies with us. Unlike traditional SAP module teams, we manage over 40 services across a variety of technologies and platforms – a true unique position in our IT landscape.
Your Responsibilities
- Service Ownership & Solution Management
- Take
-
- end ownership of assigned IT services – from design to operations and continuous improvement - Drive the full service lifecycle and ensure high service quality and performance
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and consultants
- Take
- Requirements & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with business departments to gather, assess, and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Create functional and technical concepts for the implementation of IT solutions
- Take over project responsibility – including planning, execution, and progress monitoring
- SAP Development & Technology Enablement
- Support the implementation of SAP-related developments (ABAP, Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, BTP)
- Contribute to the team’s internal development capabilities and foster
- how in emerging SAP technologies - Actively shape and drive innovation and digitalization initiatives using new SAP tools (e. g. , Fiori, BTP, SAC)
- Operations & Support
- Ensure stable and secure operation of all assigned services
- Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support and coordinate global key user support
- Manage interfaces, optimize technical processes, and resolve incidents collaboratively
- Knowledge Building & Enablement
- Build and maintain comprehensive service documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- Conduct trainings and support international rollouts and onboarding activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Service Management / Application Management, ideally within a complex or regulated environment
- Strong SAP expertise in:
- SAP Treasury and SAP S/4HANA
- ABAP development, Fiori/UI5, CDS Views
- SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Experience working with a Service Management Platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complexity and interdependencies
- Confident communication style, team spirit, and
- on mentality - Experience in project management or in a Product Owner / Solution Owner role is a plus
- Fluent in English and preferably good German skills.
