We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Customer Support Representative (Backoffice) fluent in German to join our dynamic Customer Service Center. As a crucial part of our team, you'll help us deliver exceptional service to our business customers, both internal and external.

Responsibilities:

• This job involves back-office support, primarily communicating via email and tickets, with minimal phone interaction.
• Process customer requests in an internal tool;
• Maintain and improve customer service (mostly by email): solving requests, answering questions and generally providing excellent and prompt service for a great customer experience;
• Help corporate users by interacting with them via e-mail/chat or phone enquiring about the status of missing devices;
• Monitor all customer requests and escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Great verbal and written communication skills in German (min. B2 level);
• Working knowledge of Windows, MS-Office Package;
• Great email and calendar management skills: Outlook or other e-mail providers;
• Able to follow instructions and procedures in completing routine administrative skills;
• The ability to quickly adapt to change with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and good interpersonal skills;
• Preferably have experience with working in an online customer service environment;
• Excellent attention to detail.
