As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of advanced IT systems that support organizational objectives. You will work closely with a team of engineers, providing guidance in building scalable, efficient, and integrated solutions while ensuring system performance and reliability. A strong understanding of SAP environments and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is essential for this role, enabling effective integration of business data and IT infrastructure to drive
- informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new system development and define objectives aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop and evaluate system models, selecting the most effective designs for implementation.
• Create comprehensive blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation plans for new or enhanced systems.
• Conduct configuration, testing, and validation of system components to ensure high performance.
• Ensure all system elements work seamlessly across IT and business environments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues encountered during system design, development, and deployment phases.
• Maintain detailed documentation of engineering procedures, configurations, and performance evaluations.
• Support and contribute to SAP
  - related initiatives, understanding dependencies, integration layers, and performance impacts.
• Apply
  - on expertise with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e. g. Power BI, SAP BI, Qlik Sense) to support data analysis, visualization, and reporting needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system design, development, and integration, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Solid understanding of SAP system landscapes and system integration.
• Proven
  - on experience with BI tools (Power BI, SAP BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
