We're Hiring: IT Systems & Support Engineer Gaming Industry

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1st & 2nd line support for hardware, software, and networks

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, servers, storage, printers)

• Manage Windows & Linux systems, Active Directory, and user accounts

• Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Work with ISPs and vendors to resolve connectivity issues

• Document solutions and share best practices across the IT team

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent English (C1)

• 3+ years IT support experience (Windows, Linux, networking)

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, etc.

• Strong Windows Server & Active Directory skills (incl. Power
  Shell)

• Linux admin experience (Ubuntu, Cent
  OS, Red Hat)

• Familiar with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

• Excellent communication &
  - solving skills

• Flexible with shifts (nights, weekends, holidays when required)
