What you will enjoy doing

Provide remote and onsite support to our plants in Romania and Greece, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues to maintain optimal performance.

Manage IT systems and services, ensuring they are
-
- date and secure.

Maintain servers and regularly install software updates to ensure system reliability.

Handle incidents within the standardized Service Desk environment, providing timely resolutions.

Participate in regional and corporate project management teams, contributing to the success of various initiatives.

What makes you great

A strong IT-based technical education

At least 4 years of experience in the IT field

Proficiency with Windows server and client environments

Experience with Service Desk operations is a plus

Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills

Self-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Willingness to travel about 10%
