We are looking for enthusiastic IT Technician.

Responsabilities:

• Provide Technical Support service for users to ensure business objectives.
• Perform IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities for Microsoft products.
• Preparing documentation for technical solution implemented.
• Perform on-site activities.
• Approaches and solves requests arrived via the dedicated support channels.
• Build, assimilate, implement, audit and improve working procedures.
• Communicating with Customers via phone, email or GotoMeeting/WebEx/Teams.
• Act as Internal IT support person.
• Give feedback to customers on incidents.
• Providing Level 1, Level 2 and Customer Liaison support as required.
• Retrieve all necessary information for further investigations.
• Knowledge regarding SCCM and Active Directory.
• Perform hardware service for different vendors equipment.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support through rotation.

Skills and Experience:

• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• MAC OS and Android concept knowledge.
• Networking communication protocols knowledge would help.
• Previous experience in similar job is a plus.
• Ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Well organized, able to set priorities.
• Dynamic and good communications skills.
• English language.
• Driving license B.
