Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 1, 050 gross/month × 14 salaries per year

• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to Italian-speaking customers of a global logistics provider

• Assist with tracking inquiries, delivery updates, and
  - related questions

• Handle communication via phone, email and chat

• Follow operational guidelines and performance standards

Candidate Profile

• Native/Fluent Italian + good level of English

• Strong communication and
  - solving skills

• Customer-focused and reliable

• EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit

• Ability to start on 16 December 2025
