Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer who can work comfortably in an international environment and communicate in French. The role involves building and maintaining reliable services, improving existing components and contributing to design decisions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, implement and test features using Java and Spring

• Build REST or messaging based APIs

• Work with SQL and No
SQL databases, write efficient queries and manage schema updates

• Integrate services through MQ or event driven patterns

• Review code, improve quality and support continuous integration pipelines

• Diagnose production issues, read logs, profile applications and apply fixes

• Collaborate with product teams, follow agile practices and document technical decisions

• Communicate with French-speaking stakeholders when gathering requirements or clarifying behavior.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least 5 years of
- on Java development

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, dependency injection, data access frameworks and testing tools

• Good understanding of JVM concepts, concurrency, collections and performance tuning

• Experience with Git, build tools and CI systems

• Good understanding of JVM concepts, concurrency, collections and performance tuning

• Experience with Docker or containerized deployments

• Solid understanding of HTTP APIs and distributed systems basics

• Comfortable working in French, both spoken and written

• Clear, structured approach to problem solving

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
