As a Java Full
Stack Architect/Tech Lead, you’ll drive the design and development of scalable low/no-code solutions, enabling safe and efficient developer forking flows. You’ll lead a skilled team, provide technical direction, and collaborate across functions to turn complex business needs into
- quality, maintainable systems. This role offers ownership, innovation, and the chance to shape impactful products in a
- paced,
- oriented environment.  

- Lead the architecture and development of low/no-code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows;

- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement;

- Collaborate with
- functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;

- Ensure
- quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices;

- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation;

- Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals.

- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java, Spring, and React;

- 3+ years of leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar);

- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, system design, and distributed systems;

- Experience in designing secure,
- tenant, and scalable Saa
S solutions;

- Familiarity with microservices,
- driven architectures, and
- driven design;

- Hands-on experience with modern Dev
Ops practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms);

- Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and
- technical stakeholders;

- Proven ability to deliver
- quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment with clear delivery goals;

- Upper-Intermediate English level.

- Experience with low-code /
- code platforms or workflow automation tools;

- Knowledge of frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc. ) and UI/UX considerations.
