Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Banking, or equivalent experience (including military equivalent experience) 

Fluent in English and German or French (minimum B1)

Strong communication and business writing skills 

Customer-centric mindset with experience in client/vendor interaction 

Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic environment 

Desired Skills and Experience

Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, and Service
Now is a plus 

Experience with ticketing systems or helpdesk support 

Strong
- solving skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks with focus

What You Will Be Doing:

Investigate and book vendor invoices using SAP and Coupa 

Process invoice workflows and approvals via Service
Now and Coupa 

Ensure timely and accurate invoice posting and resolution of discrepancies 

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders 

Contribute to process improvements and support
- functional projects
