We are looking for a Junior Applications Administrator to join our team in BUCHAREST.

Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations.

A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient.

What your key responsibilities will be:

• Support and maintenance of Line of Business banking applications that are essential to running a customer business
• Provide support the ongoing implementation projects.
• Produce technical documentations, release notes, user guides and training materials for banking applications
• Providing technical direction and expertise in areas of request fulfilment and incident management in accordance to SLA
• Troubleshooting a complex transactional application system based on MS SQL
• Investigate, diagnose and solve application-related problems.
• Design, implement and maintain functional reports in Visual Studio, Reporting Services
• Maintain knowledge database and ensure the structured documentation of processes, solution procedures, checklists.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft products and Microsoft SQL Server tools
• Strong understanding of relational databases and basic SQL (writing Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers & Views, creating SSRS reports, SSIS packages)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have (especially for 1–2 years experience):

• Exposure to IT service management tools
• Understanding of incident management and support processes (ITIL)
• Experience working with financial or banking systems
• Familiarity with scripting (e. g. , PowerShell, Python) is a plus
• Communicative, friendly, customer-oriented and a team player
