Qualified assumption of problems and questions regarding partner connectivity from client departments and external partners;

Involvement of relevant departments in escalations;

Close cooperation in the identification and transfer of complex fault reports to
- level support;

Documentation of the solutions provided;

Monitoring and reporting including status on connections and accesses from external partners;

Support of the operational application process including review of customer requirements, compliance specifications;

Regular synchronization with the consulting service center partner connection and collaboration on optimization potentials in the overall process;

Reporting & client meeting;

Qualifications
Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English;

Previous experience in any type of support activity with a focus on application part;

Strong communication skills and a
- oriented, proactive approach as well as pleasure in dealing with customers;

High level of personal responsibility, organizational skills and reliability;

Awareness of data protection and data security;

A mindset for innovation and creativity;
