Junior Data Analyst for Employee Benefits

We are looking for a colleague who is Fresh Graduate or terminal student where Data Basis which XLS, Access is among classes on the curriculum, who can demonstrate excellent Data Analysis skills, who has a
- oriented mindset and can connect easily with people.

Full-Time, Permanent employment contract (working hours 9. 00-18. 00 with 1 hour lunch break, start can be flexible from 8 to 10 a. m. )

Data Analysis, reporting and database processing

Perform various analyses using all available sources of information

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and provide ongoing reports

Business Application administration and point of contact in case of technical issues

Perform testing activities

Feed-back on identified issues

Sustains the Team with admin and operational support, such as data & documents upload

What you need to have:  

Experience in the similar role will be a plus

Bachelor Degree will be a plus

Fluent Romanian, English (B2+ is must to have)

Computer proficient, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Access must)

Strong communicative skills, analytical thinking, problem solver, attention to details, organized, with a good
- discipline, with initiative; ability to meet tight deadlines

Team spirit, willing to learn new things, persuasive, proactive, dynamic and ambitious
