Junior Deskside Technician

Job Description

We are recruiting a Local IT Technician to solve customer support issues
- site in the Bucharest office. You will be responsible for providing the local support for all employees and you will work along a team of skilled and motivated technicians! We are looking for an extremely proactive IT technician with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services.

Responsibilities 

ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software).

Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately.

Respond to computer related service and trouble calls.

(Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.

Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions.

Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software.

Support of key engineering applications at use within the business.

Move workstations and peripherals, as required.

Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes).

Job Requirements Key requirements:

Technical Knowledge: Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, including hardware and software support.

Experience with ITSM Tools: Ability to accurately track and manage incidents using ticket management systems.

Installation & Configuration: Experience with setting up, installing, upgrading, and moving IT hardware and software (IMAC activities).

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Proactivity: A keen interest in technology, with the ability to suggest improvements and evaluate new products or services.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with local and remote IT teams in a dynamic environment.

Customer Focus: Strong communication and customer service skills to support internal users
- site.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks related to workstation and equipment management.
