As a Junior Events Coordinator, you will have an essential role in organising internal and external events, from social gatherings and special celebration to webinars, conferences and client events.

What to expect & responsibilities
Event planning and coordination:
- Be involved from top to bottom: from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the
- event evaluation; - Conduct market research and draft detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, budgets etc. ) aligned with company branding and strategic objectives;
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure necessary resources;
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, technical equipments etc. ;
- Handle guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs;
- Oversee event marketing and promotion efforts;
- Joggling more events and projects in the same time frame.
External event management:
- Plan and organise external events, such as webinars (via Microsoft Teams),
- person events, and sponsored events with chambers of commerce and various economic publications; - Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders;
- Manage event sponsorships and partnerships.
Internal event management:
- Organise and coordinate internal events, including
- building activities, Xmas parties, employee tenure anniversary powered by creative themes and concepts; - Plan and execute townhall meetings and other internal communication events;
- Manage employee engagement and participation.
The ideal candidate
- Self-motivated & proactive with a flexible and
- driven approach; - Strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail;
- Basic understanding of event marketing and social media platforms;
- Comfortable working in a
- paced, dynamic environment; - Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in Romanian and English, speaking and writing;
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics/ Marketing/ Business or other relevant areas).
