• Work Model: Hybrid – just 1 day/week in the office

• Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of backend applications using Java and Spring Boot;
• Collaborate in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices in a
  - oriented architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, apply clean code principles, and follow best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and assist in performance tuning tasks.
• Support integration with tools and platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (e. g. , AWS, Azure).
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Learn and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Take part in agile team rituals and contribute to a collaborative development environment.
• Document technical details and share knowledge within the team

Experience & Expertise:

• At least 6 months of
  - on experience writing applications in Java.
• Basic knowledge of the Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and an introduction to microservices architecture.
• Familiar with version control using Git and collaborating through platforms like Git
  Hub or Git
  Lab.
• Exposure to CI/CD concepts, with some experience using tools like Jenkins or Git
  Lab CI.
• Some experience working with Postgre
  SQL or other relational databases.
• Aware of unit and integration testing practices, and enthusiastic about writing testable code.
• Initial exposure to Docker and containerized applications.
• An interest in learning tools like Kubernetes, Loki, and Grafana for deployment and monitoring.

Nice to Have

• Curiosity about Apache Kafka or
  - driven systems.
• A proactive and solution-driven mindset, with a willingness to tackle challenges.
• Clear and respectful communicator who works well in team settings.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows or a desire to learn agile methodologies.
