Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, and website).
• Create and schedule engaging posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support the production of marketing collateral (presentations, flyers, and case studies).

• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences.
• Track key performance metrics for campaigns and social media.
• Compile reports and insights to support marketing strategies and
  - making.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Coordinate with design and operations teams to align messaging with project updates and milestones.
• Assist with internal communications and contribute to the organization and promotion of company events.
• Collaborate with the HR department and Business Development Representatives to coordinate corporate events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications (internships included).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools
• Strong writing and communication skills; attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
