Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, and website).

Create and schedule engaging posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Support the production of marketing collateral (presentations, flyers, and case studies).

Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences.

Track key performance metrics for campaigns and social media.

Compile reports and insights to support marketing strategies and
- making.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Coordinate with design and operations teams to align messaging with project updates and milestones.

Assist with internal communications and contribute to the organization and promotion of company events.

Collaborate with the HR department and Business Development Representatives to coordinate corporate events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications (internships included).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools

Strong writing and communication skills; attention to detail and creative thinking.

Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
