We are currently looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Associate (SEM/PPC) to join our Team in Bucharest and support all Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing activities.
The Junior Performance Marketing Associate will support managing all paid search campaigns on Google & Bing as well as paid So
Me campaigns on Meta & Tiktok and programmatic Ads. The ideal candidate should be responsible for effectively managing the paid search budget and working closely and in alignment with the Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic and customers.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Create, develop and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search & Display), Bing Ads, Social Media Ads as well as other marketplace platforms, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results
- Work towards specific targets that you will be measured upon
- Collaborate with other teams (Product, BI, Tech) on projects around bid optimization, automation, incrementality testing, channel attribution and innovation.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns while assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages to optimize quality score and A/B testing hypotheses
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate

Requirements
- Studies in Marketing, Business Administration or related field are required
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Experience with MS Office (excel etc) and G-Suite (google sheets etc)
- Prior experience or internship working in Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice for Ad copies and Social Media content
- Skills of comprehensive

- solving - Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
- Being highly passionate about numbers, online advertising and exhibiting enthusiasm in your work
- Being interested in web technologies and the latest developments and trends in search behavior
