Are you passionate about process optimization and agile methodologies? Do you have a knack for task tracking and supporting audits? We’re looking for a
- oriented and proactive PCO Support to join our team and help drive our projects to success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Sprint Management: Check and update individual items following the end of each sprint to ensure timely and accurate progress tracking.
• Task Tracking: Monitor and track tasks to maintain workflow efficiency and meet project deadlines.
• Preparation for Next PI (Program Increment): Prepare for upcoming Program Increments by ensuring all necessary tasks and documentation are in place.
• Definition of Ready Quality: Define and maintain the quality criteria for ready items to ensure smooth sprint executions.
• Security Tickets: Regularly update security tickets and build dashboards as necessary to monitor
  - related issues.
• Code
  Beamer Setup: Set up and manage Code
  Beamer to streamline project tracking and collaboration (knowledge of Code
  Beamer is desired but not mandatory).
• Audit Support: Assist during audits (TRS = Technical Revision) by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Process Documentation: Document processes thoroughly to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Preparation for ASPICE Level 2: Prepare for ASPICE Level 2 assessments, ensuring all relevant processes and documentation are in place.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Fluent in German language,  both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and MS Office is required.
• Familiarity with Code
  Beamer is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong
  - solving skills and initiative.
