
Key Account Manager
Position Summary
We are looking for a person responsible for developing and implementing a detailed Commercial Plan towards national pharmacy chains with the objective to achieve the established objectives, volume, placement and availability of brands and proper communication with efficiency of budgets and financial resources.
Requirements
- University degree
- +3 years of work experience in the same or similar positions
- Good command of English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
- High level of knowledge of MS Office package, advanced level in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and systematic approach

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinates the relationship with major accounts in the area of responsibility to ensure the achievement of SESderma objectives
- Together with Commercial Director, develops, facilitates and coordinates the implementation of the customer account plan according to the agreed commercial strategy
- Ensures the alignment and integration of the customer account panel according to the agreed commercial strategy.
- Develops effective collaboration with its counterparts and effectively coordinates internal communication for better collaboration on key accounts
- Ensures continuous monitoring, evaluation and feedback for all activities related to key accounts, manages budget and resources to maximize impact in achieving specific objectives in accordance with the organization's strategy.
- Develops, implements, and monitors trade marketing actions in relation to key accounts at national level.
- Negotiate and contract shelf space in national pharmacy chains to maximize brand awareness for the Salveo Romania portfolio.
- Collaborates closely with the field team and together with them ensure the correct implementation of all projects.
- Together with the Commercial Director and the financial department, develops, implements, and monitors and ensures compliance with the agreed conditions regarding payments for goods sold.
- Provides relevant information and reporting on key accounts to keep all stakeholders up to date.
- Negotiating and implementing annual Joint Business Plan to achieves marketing and distribution objectives in key accounts.
- Collaborates with the Supply department and the rest of the commercial team to maximize customer satisfaction and sales impact.
- Is contributing to forecasts and financial accruals alongside colleagues from Supply and Finance.
