Key Account Manager - Style - Bucuresti
1. Account Management & Strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Lifestyle, Fashion, and Sportswear industry.
- Lead the development of seasonal and annual account plans.

2. Sales & Business Growth
- Drive achievement of sales and margin targets (short-term and
- term). - Identify opportunities for incremental growth within accounts (e. g. , new product launches, category expansion) and convert them into actionable plans.
3. Relationship Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Partner with marketing teams to align brand storytelling, visual merchandising, and
- store experience with brand identity and commercial objectives.
4. Analysis, Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor competitors and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Deliver regular sales and business performance reviews.
- Proven experience managing key accounts in the Lifestyle/Fashion/Sportswear industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and a track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Skilled in forecasting, planning, and performance tracking against account plans.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to work effectively across departments (product, marketing, logistics).
- Proactive mindset with a focus on initiative.
