Lead Backend Software Engineer
Salary: 29. 000 - 36. 000 RON net per month
Requirements:- 5+ years of backend engineering experience (with 2+ years in a senior/lead role)
- Deep experience with Golang in production environments
- Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Strong communicator and team player with leadership instincts
- Startup mentality — autonomous, proactive, adaptable

- You’ll lead the architecture of our core systems, mentor other engineers, and help us scale our infrastructure as our CTO transitions into a more R&D-heavy role. - What You'll Do
- Lead backend development of our Golang-based APIs, indexers, and services
- Guide a small team of backend engineers (or help build one)
- Design and maintain scalable, cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, GCP)
- Implement secure and reliable CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Flux CD)
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into real features
- Keep performance, uptime, and reliability top of mind (Prometheus, Loki)
- Explore new tools and frameworks to keep us ahead of the curve
