Lead Engineer (Databricks & DBT) - 4months + - Remote - Start ASAP

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer with focus in Databricks and DBT.

Your main task is to support the client in a POC (proof of concept) in the design and implementation of Databricks and DBT (Data Build Tool).

Tasks:

* Support client in POC for Databricks and DBT

* Gather requirements

* Work on Design phase of Databricks and DBT

* Help with set up of Databricks and DBT

* Set up guidelines and standards for POC

* Implementation of POC for Databricks and DBT

* Best practice advise

* Regular communication between business, IT and vendor

Requirements:

* Longterm project experience in implementing Databricks and DBT (Data Build Tool)

* Strong project experience as Engineer

* Strong experience in design of Databricks AND DBT

* Project experience in configuration and development of DBT models

* Project experience in setting up guidelines and standards in Databricks and DBT

* Proven implementation experience in Databricks and DBT

* Project experience in international projects and design of global solutions

* Nice to have: Experience in supporting in POC projects

* Fluency in English

Project details:

* Start: ASAP (September)

* Duration: 4 months (+ option to extend)

* Workload: 5 days per week

* Location: % Remote (CET Time zone)

* Languages: Fluency in English
