Requirements
To be considered, you should bring:
- 10+ years of professional experience in game art, with at least 5 years in a lead or art director role
- An outstanding portfolio with proven track record of working on shipped titles
- Experience defining and maintaining an art style across a full production cycle
- Strong understanding of console development pipelines, asset optimization, and performance constraints
- Experience working in
- functional teams (design, engineering, production) to bring artistic vision to life Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, mentoring artists, and nurturing creative growth within a team - Deep knowledge of 3D art pipelines (characters, environments, props) and 2D concept development Hands-on skills in tools like Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop, etc.
- Experience with Unreal Engine and other game engines
- Solid grasp of lighting, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
