Lead UI Designer (m/f/d)
Purpose of position:
Are you passionate about elevating interface design and setting the visual direction of a product used by thousands globally? We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer with a deep expertise in UI to help define and drive the visual and interaction quality across Awin’s product ecosystem.
You’ll be the guardian of interface excellence, setting the design direction and mentoring others to create
- perfect, accessible, and
- elevating experiences. Working at the intersection of UX, product and engineering, you'll shape how our platform looks, feels, and performs - making it not only beautiful, but brilliantly usable.
