About this Role

We are seeking a Lean Portfolio Specialist to support the delivery of strategic initiatives and optimise the flow of value across portfolios in Bucharest and Iasi. This role is pivotal in ensuring governance is aligned with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) principles, facilitating portfolio ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement. The individual will act as the subject matter expert for LPM, coaching stakeholders, maintaining tooling standards, and ensuring data integrity across the portfolio lifecycle.

What you will do

Define and maintain JIRA portfolio structures aligned with roadmap objectives.

Coach and train stakeholders on Lean Portfolio Management methodology and JIRA usage.

Ensure governance artefacts, RAIDs, and key data points are accurate and complete across the portfolio flow.

Facilitate and ensure correct execution of portfolio management events such as Portfolio Sync, SI/PI Planning, Demand Review, and Scrum of Scrums.

Conduct periodic assessments of delivery KPIs using Power
BI and JIRA to monitor velocity and efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement in governance methodologies and tooling.

Act as the delegated authority for LPM in their absence.

Support multiple portfolios at varying maturity stages with flexibility and adaptability.

Who you are

Skilled communicator with the ability to influence across diverse teams and seniorities.

Constructive coach with a collaborative mindset.

Deep understanding of the SAFe Framework and Agile methodologies.

Experienced in Agile portfolio management or solution team environments.

Organised and capable of managing multiple workstreams and priorities.

Independent and proactive, with the ability to work remotely.

Analytical thinker with the ability to identify trends and recommend mitigations.

Confident presenter to senior management.

Technical/Professional Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.

Skilled in MS Power
BI for visualisation and data analysis.

Knowledge of Agile frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.

Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, MSP, or Prince2.

Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite.
