The Role:

You will be responsible for :

• Providing legal support for the company's operations in Romania.
• Analyzing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensuring the company’s compliance with Romanian legislation.
• Liaising with government authorities, notaries, courts, and other institutions.
• Advising management and employees on legal matters.
• Representing the company’s interests in court and administrative proceedings
• Assessing legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. .

Ideal Profile:

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian legislation.
• Experience in contract law and negotiations.
• Experience in communication with government authorities.
• Language proficiency: Ukrainian/Russian and Romanian or Romanian and English.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, high level of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
