Responsibilities:

• Support the setup and operation of lighting equipment in a 24/7 live studio, ensuring
  - quality and consistent output.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lighting systems, collaborating with senior technicians for issue resolution.
• Keep the
  - site manager informed about operational updates, equipment conditions, and any arising challenges.
• Ensure all lighting setups meet safety regulations and coordinate with other teams to integrate lighting with audio, video, and studio infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining accurate lighting records while staying updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience as a Lighting Technician in live studio or production environments, with expertise in studio lighting equipment and control systems.
• Ability to interpret lighting designs and plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices in live studio operations.
• Strong
  - solving skills, capable of handling technical challenges under pressure in a
  - paced setting.
• Effective team player with clear communication skills to collaborate with senior technicians and
  - site management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, to support the studio’s 24/7 operations.
