Inviting applications for the role of Logistics – Senior Process Associate - English – Hybrid Cluj-Napoca!

Responsibilities

-Complete delivery processing for packed materials along with cancel/change as necessary to complete delivery. Monitor Post Goods Issue & Create Delivery for volume sales order

-Monitoring of
- order processing, reschedule follow up as necessary

-Delivery Facilitation (i. e. , Resolve blocks in the delivery, Create Reservation, Allocate batches with restricted quality…etc. )

-Inter/Intra company Stock Transfer Order handling, Stock Replacement -

-Transport Management - Plan, Prepare documents for transport, Freight Cost Management, Track & Trace

-Import & Export management - Plan transport, Execute documents, Trade Control

-Customs & Foreign Trade (C&FT) - To perform Trade control, core enablers

Minimum qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree (or High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree) or qualification or any directly related experience to relevant Logistics/Order Fulfilment activities or customer service, ideally in a multinational environment

-Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)

-Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel

Preferred qualifications

-Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP

-Listening, Attention to Detail, Data Entry, documentation, Multi-tasking

-Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

-Ability to be
- active and to think “outside the box”

-Excellent proven interpersonal and teamwork skills

-Capable of resourceful problem solving
