We are recruiting for our client, a multinational company active in the textile industry with the head office near Sibiu: Logistics Officer NON - UE

•    Preparing of NON EU exports - all the documents needed - certificates, invoices, keeping contact with the Commerce Chamber for the Conformity Certificates with Prolog for the customs clearance;

•    Preparing all the documents for NON EU sample and courier exports and imports - sample bobbins, fabrics, test bobbins, etc…;

•    Imports NON EU - checking the documents received from purchase, preparing them as requested by the Customs office, following up the delivery.   

•    Imports containers - checking the container lists in SAP, follow up if the containers are on time, follow up of the original documents;

•    Sending all the documents to Constanta/ Prolog for the clearance, communicate with the customs brokers about the scheduling of the needed containers;

•    Follow up the invoices for customs duties and VAT for the NON EU imports - sending for payment and follow up the payments;

•    Follow up of the commission invoices of Prolog for non exports - sending for payment and follow up the payments.

PROFILE:

•    You have at least three/four years of experience in the work field;

•    You are self driven, dedicated and have excellent communication skills;

•    You are open, smart oriented, friendly, positive and have good admin skills and high attention to details;

•    You have the ability to prioritize and to work under pressure;

•    You are result oriented;

•    You have knowledge of MS Office;

•    Knowledge of SAP and exposure to Supply Chain environment constitutes as an advantage;

•    You speak English fluently.
