& Requirements Who we are looking for

A university degree;

Excellent Romanian and business English, as our clients are also based outside Romania;

At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR. If you have been involved in transformation projects, HR or Compensation & Benefits we want to hear from you;

Excellent analytical skills, ie ability to identify problems and propose solutions independently;

Ability to work in a team;

Ability to lead a project team;

Project management skills and experience from larger projects;

Analytical skills: Excel and Power
Point skills in excellent level are a must;

Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively up to C-level;

Business acumen and business development skills;

Willingness to learn new things and initiative.

Your future role

Working independently on interesting HR and strategy projects with focus on Compensation & Benefits and projects related to design of reward systems for clients or other projects, eg digital transformation, HR transformation, talent management, change management, process optimisation;

Advising clients on various aspects of human capital;

Meeting clients of all sizes, from key market players to family businesses;

Preparing analyses and documents using data obtained from clients, surveys or internal statistics;

Preparing presentations with a focus on both content and form; we have plenty of Power
Point templates;

Work in a team - supporting junior colleagues and cooperating with project manager.
