We’re seeking a dynamic Manager to oversee diverse operations, from client communication and payroll processing to managing transportation and customs clearance. Responsabilități:

• Communicate with clients (via phone or email) and provide feedback.
• Manage mold repair orders (using Excel formats).
• Create and deliver reports to clients after completing mold repairs (using the specified Excel format).
• Request mold drawings from clients and provide these files to the technical team.
• Manage transportation operations (Slatina, Spain, Hungary, etc. ).
• Organize receipts and provide them to the accounting firm.
• Prepare and provide documents requested by related organizations such as the Ministry of Labor and Accounting Firms.
• Process employee payroll.
• Purchase factory supplies (e. g. , welding gas).
• Perform related tasks under the direction of the corporate president as required for other company operations.
• Contact relevant companies for company-installed internet, CCTV, and computer repairs.
• Register company employees with the Ministry of Labor.
• Handle customs clearance-related tasks (UIT code generation, providing necessary documents to customs clearance companies).
• Provide driver's license exchange services for foreign employees.
• Register and renew Romanian ID Cards for foreign employees.

Cerințe:

• Must have management skills.
• Must be able to communicate in Romanian and English.
• Willingness to undergo initial training at a partner company in Calarasi (about one week).
