Start your adventure with ALTER SOLUTIONS! Job Description The team develops and supports back office systems to support ongoing issues for existing customers and the Customer Portal. Planning and execution of manual software testing. Planning and execution of regression testing. Preparing and maintaining test scenarios on UAT. Coordination of UAT tests. Supporting the systems maintained by the team) on the 2nd line of support (20-30% of the work time), without direct contact with the customer. Verify test environments with automated tests. Participate in the work of the development team working in Scrum - planning work, proposing interesting solutions, testing increments, presenting solutions, collecting feedback, drawing conclusions, and continuous improvement. Collaborating with developers and analysts in the testing area to achieve a high - quality product. Reporting to the Team Leader on an ongoing basis as part of the scheduled work. Qualifications Experience of minimum 5 years in testing business systems. Experience in business user support (handling requests on helpdesk). Experience in testing increments committed in sprints (working in Scrum). Experience in conducting regression testing. Ability to create test scenarios / test cases according to best practices. Meticulousness, accuracy and attention to the quality of the work outputs being delivered. Goal and team success oriented,

Welcome Knowledge of relational databases, ability to write basic SQL queries. Knowledge of the test automation area (using Selenium, for example) Certifications or documented training in the Quality Assurance area (e. g. ISTQB). Experience gained as a tester in the leasing or insurance industry. Knowledge of bug tracking and project management tools: JIRA or Azure Dev
Ops (formerly TFS). Additional Information Hybrid - mostly from home, coming to the office once every two weeks for team meetings. Type of contract: B2B.
