Job Title: Manual Tester with Citrix - French-Speaking

Mission:

We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing principles,
- on experience with Citrix environments, and the ability to leverage various tools and technologies to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Case Design & Execution: Develop, execute, and document test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.

• File Structuring: Organize and manage flat files in different formats (e. g. , Notepad++, Excel) using tools like Git
  Hub and Jenkins.

• Log Analysis: Analyze logs via web interfaces to detect issues and verify system stability.

• API Testing: Create and run API test cases (POST/PUT/UPDATE) using Postman.

• Network & Application Analysis: Perform network, console, and application analysis through web browsers to troubleshoot issues.

• Citrix Gateway Testing: Test and validate applications and systems within Citrix environments or similar platforms.

• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and stakeholders within Agile frameworks.

• Network Troubleshooting: Handle network components such as switches, IP addressing, firewalls, DNS, and whitelisting to ensure seamless integration.

• Collaboration Tools: Utilize tools like JIRA for bug tracking and Confluence for documentation and team collaboration.

Profile / Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manual Tester, ideally with exposure to Citrix environments or equivalent tools.

• Strong understanding of API testing and experience with Postman.

• Familiarity with file structuring and version control tools (e. g. , Git
  Hub, Jenkins).

• Experience in network analysis and troubleshooting (e. g. , DNS, firewalls, IP addressing).

• Proficiency in collaboration and
  - tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Knowledge of Citrix Gateway functionalities.

• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and verbal.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
