In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Analyze engineering documents (P&ID and GA drawings) to create detailed mechanical integration plans;

Participate in project meetings and act as a key collaborator during the handover to production
- off stage;

Collaborate with Design Engineering, Testing, and QA to disposition discrepant parts and assemblies, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions;

Develop safe and efficient manufacturing processes by researching, designing, modifying, and testing methods and tools;

Collaborate with equipment suppliers and work together to build and provide mechanical supports, assemblies, and tools for system integration;

Develop training guidelines and evaluation procedures for mechanical technicians;

Research and recommend new manufacturing methods to improve production capacity, efficiency, and quality;

Create comprehensive manufacturing documentation necessary for production of analytical systems;

Coordinate maintenance and repair of tools and machining equipment, following manufacturer instructions and company procedures;

Participate in
- functional process improvement teams and implement lean manufacturing principles;

Provide support to the testing team for internal checkout and factory acceptance tests (FAT);

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electro technical Engineering;

Minimum years of relevant experience providing engineering support in a manufacturing setting;

Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage different projects;

Knowledge of MS Office and CAD software;

Experience implementing and supporting Lean Manufacturing practices;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Hands-on experience with mechanical integration of analytical systems;

Experience working directly with suppliers and contractors to design and implement mechanical assemblies;

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies beyond Lean Manufacturing;

Exposure to testing and validation procedures, including factory acceptance testing (FAT).
