Your Tasks

Development and implementation of continuous improvement process in the Production area
Actively participates in ergonomic production planning for each workstation
Collect and analyze data from the production process, initiate corrective action
Is responsible for the continuous improvement of process performance throughout the life of the project
Actively participates in specific activities to improve product quality and to provide answers requested by customers in this area
part of the product validation team
Tracks and manages engineering changes and participates in specific meetings
Makes updates to specific documents for new projects and engineering changes
Participates in all new project meetings
monitors and validates the necessary technical specifications
Maintain, create and modify work instructions in accordance with customer needs and requirements
Part of the development team for new projects
Your Profile Minimum 3 years professional experience
Experience in the automotive industry
Good/advanced knowledge of the production system based on Lean principles
Good knowledge of specific processes (stamping, spot welding, arc welding)
Good knowledge of Catia, Auto
CAD
Relevant knowledge about automation
Knowledge of problem analysis methods (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, TPM, etc. )
Advanced level English skills
Advanced technical studies, preferably Industrial Robots/Mechatronics/Automatics/Welding
Ability to manage relations in a very diplomatic and professional way
Effective problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
Works well in a team environment
