Job Summary
All
Cloud's Marketing & Alliances Coordinator will support the North American marketing and
alliances teams'
-
- day operations, data management and programs.
The role consists of several marketing components, including a heavy focus on campaign data
support including contact and account research, intent data, campaign metrics/reporting and
systems management utilizing various marketing tools and platforms. Additionally, to assist our
alliances team, this role will support partner operations including
- event data support and
performance reporting, relationship heat mapping and scoring.
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct contact and account research to support campaigns on multiple platforms to
source target buyer and intent data (e. g. Zoom
Info, Tech Target).
● Review, pull and consolidate data from
- tactic campaigns including digital ads,
email, SDR calling programs, website activity and more.
● Leverage campaign data and reporting from Salesforce and other tools to summarize
marketing activities, campaigns, and results that can be shared with the sales account
executives and partners.
● Assist marketing team in management and processes for target buyer contact data lists
to support SDR demand generation programs.
● Maintain accuracy of industry and
- vertical information on customer account records
and related CRM reporting needed to support the partner program.
● Manage Marketing and Alliances
- event attendee list upload processes into
Salesforce CRM for data cleanliness, expense tracking and performance reporting.
● Assist the Alliances team in the management of partner contact data and org mapping
processes inside Salesforce CRM to maintain accuracy of strategic partner Heat Maps
and relationship scoring.
● 2 years working in a marketing or operations environment.
● Experience working within Salesforce CRM tools.
● Familiar with project management tools (e. g. , Smartsheets, Asana, Monday.com).
● Familiar with marketing research tools (e. g. , Zoominfo).
● Familiar with social media and ad network platforms (e. g. Linked
In).
● Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
● English at a native level.
● Excellent multitasking and task management skills.
● Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and working with new technologies and
tools.
