We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead our marketing and communication efforts, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth through creative and
- driven strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for building impactful marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

4–6 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B or
- related industries.

Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Hub
Spot, Meta Business Suite, etc. ).

Basic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage).

Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate
- functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.

Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across all channels (social media, email, website, PPC).

Supervise the creation of branded content including posts, newsletters, promotional materials, presentations, and case studies.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and growth opportunities.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for campaigns, producing actionable insights and reports.

Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms.

Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations teams to align messaging and support
- wide initiatives.

Manage the marketing budget and coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners.

Oversee the organization and promotion of corporate events, trade shows, and conferences.

Lead and mentor members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
