What will your responsibilities look like?
● Plan and execute marketing strategy for the company
● Monitor ROI for each marketing initiative in order to maximize the output of budget
● Support and ensure consistency of brand identity in all communications materials
● Plan, coordinate, implement and manage marketing communications campaigns
● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
● Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
● Design, build and maintain our social media presence
● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
What abilities will you need?
● Experience in marketing and running a marketing team;
● Proven marketing campaign experience;
● Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask;
● Strong copywriting skills;
● Proven ability to manage budgets;
● Professional and proactive work ethic;
● High competence in project and stakeholder management;
● Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media;
● High competence in developing, advising and implementing online marketing campaigns and strategies;
● Creative and proactive in promoting employer’s products.
