We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Support Analyst - with Italian market experience to support the product management team in analyzing and optimizing energy products for Residential, Piva, and Business customers. The role involves cross-functional collaboration—particularly with legal and regulatory teams—to ensure product compliance, competitive pricing, and alignment with internal policies and market conditions.

Location: Iași (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Economic Data Mapping:
• Collect, analyze, and maintain a structured database of active economic conditions related to third-party Counterparties.
• Contractual Analysis:
• Review and interpret the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of electricity and gas contracts from Counterparties. Highlight deviations from Plenitude’s standards.
• Product Feature Evaluation:
• Assess the key features of external energy products and determine their feasibility within the framework of Plenitude’s existing logic and internal systems.
• Legal and Regulatory Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal legal and regulatory teams to evaluate the GTC and Contractual Elements (CE), identifying which elements should be integrated or adapted into Plenitude’s product offerings.
• Pricing Support:
• Participate in pricing-related activities, including the analysis and comparison of pricing structures, rules, and cost components across offers.
• Documentation and Archiving:
• Ensure accurate organization and digital archiving of all contractual documents (PDFs, GTCs, CEs) in compliance with internal documentation procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in product support, marketing analysis, or regulatory roles (experience in the energy/utilities sector is a BIG plus)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and document management tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documentation

Languages Required:

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the European energy market and regulatory environment
• Understanding of energy pricing models and B2B/B2C energy product structures
• Experience working with legal documentation and regulatory frameworks
