About Risk and Quant

Risk and Quant is one of the fastest growing practices at Evalueserve. As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions.

What you'll be doing at Evalueserve?

Responsible for overseeing and managing the overall technical and operational components of our marketing automation platform, Marketo. Enhance our marketing automation capabilities to help achieve our business goals and drive revenue growth. With your deep expertise in Marketo, you will be able to learn our instance, make recommendations for strategic improvements, and execute on those plans. You will ensure optimal system performance, data cleanliness and accuracy, and effective operational and lead management workflows. You will also design and implement practical and scalable solutions according to evolving business needs to deliver high impact results and a

- class Marketo instance.

Marketo Platform Administration

Monitor and manage the technical configuration, performance, integrations, and optimization of the instance.

Promptly address any error messages, system notifications, or critical alerts such as server downtime, failed API calls, or other integration errors.

Monitor deliverability stats and bot/spam traps to maintain our sender score and reputation.

Research and identify new solutions and integration improvements in support of evolving business needs and goals.

Stay abreast of industry trends and Marketo best practices and new features to continuously improve our marketing automation capabilities.

Ensure all operational processes and workflows are documented and that all information is up to date.

CRM Sync

Ensure all operational processes and workflows are documented and that all information is up to date.

Configure and manage data flow between Marketo and SFDC, including field mappings and troubleshooting sync errors.

Forge a deep, collaborative partnership with the CRM and Enterprise Technology teams and effectively advocate for Marketing’s projects.

Monitor progress on relevant projects’ user stories and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Lead Management and Optimization

Design, implement, and maintain lead management processes, lifecycle and scoring models, and automated workflows and nurture programs.

Regularly monitor all relevant programs and campaigns to identify opportunities for enhancements and improvement, and update accordingly.

Data Management and Governance

Manage and continuously improve all operational programs and smart campaigns (i. e. opt in consent compliance, unsubscribe, data normalization, email sign up, lead scoring, bounce handling, email invalidation, inactivity flagging, etc) to ensure they’re running as expected. This includes conducting spot quality checks on the data itself to ensure accuracy.

Identify and delete inactive leads in accordance with enterprise data retention policies.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness through processes like deduplication, cleansing, and enrichment.

Manage data integrity and segmentation strategies within Marketo to support targeted marketing efforts.

Monitor bot/spam traps to maintain our sender score and reputation.

Review database and email preferences growth to ensure no abnormalities.

Monitor overall database health and aggregate email campaign performance to flag potential deliverability issues.

Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiencies with automation.

Analytics Monitoring & Reporting

Produce and review monthly and quarterly reports on email performance, lead flow, engagement, and database/email preferences growth.

Analyze data insights to provide creative, functional, and technical solutions and actionable recommendations that improve overall performance and engagement and drive measurable results.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree.

5+ years minimum experience as a Marketo Administrator or Architect, or similar role; expert or practitioner certification strongly preferred.

Extensive Marketo/Salesforce sync
- on experience and a deep understanding of Mkto/SFDC custom objects and sync features/functionality.

Proficient in email deliverability optimization including DNS configuration (SPF and DKIM).

In depth experience setting up and managing custom objects, webhooks, and API and Launch
Point integrations.

Experience in Financial Services or another highly regulated industry is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to drive marketing strategies.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, combined with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to
- task and meet deadlines in a
- paced environment.

Adaptable to change and flexibility to redirect quickly in response to evolving business needs.

A proactive
- starter comfortable with taking initiative but mindful of checking in to ensure alignment with business strategy and objectives.
