RESPONSABILITIES:

-Perform the Master Production planning schedule at monthly level for 12-24 months period on monthly buckets, taking into consideration the demand forecast, stock on hand, agreed SLA, available capacity etc;-Maintain the optimal stock level on each GMID by balancing the production between not having OOS, meet the demand while keeping the inventory in target level;-Create and replicate the reports used in Planning department, in order to have visibility over dates like stock cover, sales vs. forecast, production capacity etc. -Monitor planning department KPIs;-Maintain the SAP views (MRPs) on FG and SF level, taking decisions over the BOM/PV implementation dates according to artwork/technical changes;-Keep a close communication with the
- floor planning team in order to send priorities in manufacturing/packaging, balance the capacity, establish a strong collaboration with other departments such as production, product technology, quality, customer service, operational procurement etc;-All launches and transfers to be managed on time from planning perspective;

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree;• Previous experience in a similar role planning: production / supply; • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office - Excel, SAP ERP system;• Language knowledge: English upper medium / advanced verbal and writing;• Proactive attitude, flexibility and
- solving ability;• Well organized and with a high sense of accuracy;• Customer oriented;
