How You’ll Make an Impact

You will carry out structural analyses and strength assessments of components both analytically and through FEM.

Implement optimization measures to enhance component strength, reduce weight, and improve damage tolerance.

Prepare standard and compliant strength verifications in both German and English.

Engage in the new development of simulation tools and calculation methods, including creating macros.

Familiarize yourself with relevant standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Collaborate and support development and customer projects, driving innovation forward.

Assist in planning qualification tests for
- voltage switchgear and its components.

Develop technical solutions in partnership with respective projects, ensuring successful outcomes.

Document and communicate calculation results effectively to stakeholders.

Compare test results with simulation outcomes to validate findings.

What You Bring

Completed studies in mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field.

Experience in static and dynamic strength calculations using FEM.

Practical experience with FEM programs, ideally ANSYS, is essential.

Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to solving complex tasks.

Teamwork and communication skills 

Analytical, structured, and
- oriented way of working.

Fluency in English, allowing for seamless communication in a global environment.
