Overview of tasks:
Client Understanding: Design, schedule and lead
- educational group sessions/workshops. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
Expert Support: Lead informational wellbeing activities for newhires. Support the Talent Acquisition department by advising on potential employee suitability for the project.
Customer Satisfaction: Conduct Individual and group sessions with employees. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience. Deliver crisis intervention services when required.
