MEP Team Lead
Job Description
Here is what you will do:
- Lead and manage MEP teams on complex projects in collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects of MEP services from design to project completion, ensuring that systems are fully integrated with architectural, structural, and other engineering elements.
- Provide technical leadership on MEP systems design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments and teams (architectural, structural, etc. ) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and other team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that MEP requirements are met.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations of MEP systems to ensure quality and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in MEP design processes and the adoption of new technologies.
- Lead BIM/REVIT modeling and project documentation for MEP services.
Qualifications
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 10 years of experience in MEP design and building services, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of relevant MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proficient in BIM/REVIT for MEP design, with experience managing BIM processes.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong
- solving skills and a passion for innovative solutions in building services. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and
- technical stakeholders. - Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Auto
CAD, Revit, and other MEP design software. - Proven experience in coordinating and delivering projects within established timeframes and budgets.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic team.
