Tasks

• Manage Meta ad campaigns – Launch, optimize, and scale Meta ads focused on purchases and subscriptions.
• Develop
  - funnel strategies – Work with quiz funnels, advertorials and direct custom landing pages to conversion rates.
• Analyze data & optimize performance – Use Meta Ads Manager and Red
  Track to track and improve key metrics.
• A/B test creatives & funnels – Run structured creative and persona tests to find winning combinations and avoid ad fatigue.
• Work with the creative team – Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
• Optimize budget & bidding – Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale campaigns profitably.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running paid acquisition campaigns on Meta for web and mobile apps.
• Strong analytical skills – Ability to interpret performance data and make
  - driven decisions.
• Experience with quiz funnels – Previous work with custom funnels.
• Familiarity with AI tools & tracking – Experience using Red
  Track and automation tools to improve campaign performance.
• Creative
  - solver – Ability to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot performance issues, and adjust strategies quickly.
• Performance marketing mindset – Deep understanding of CPA, ROAS, MER, creative metrics and how to optimize them.
• Self-driven &
  - ready – Ability to work independently and collaborate with a distributed team effectively.
