We are looking for a
- oriented and proactive Mid Manual QA Tester to join our OMFE (Odds
Matrix Front end) team in Bucharest!

About the job:

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our web and mobile applications. This role requires a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, collaboration with
- functional teams, and the ability to adapt to
- paced development cycles.

What you'll get to do:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand feature requirements and testing priorities.
• Participate in daily
  - up meetings and sprint planning to align QA efforts with development goals.
• Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive test strategies and test plans for new features and projects.
• Design, write, and maintain comprehensive test cases in Test
  Rail for newly implemented features.
• Execute manual tests (exploratory, regression, smoke, positive, grey box) across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Perform API-level testing using tools and provide clear documentation of outcomes.
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA, providing detailed steps to reproduce, environment details, and observed results.
• Work closely with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve bugs quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide insights for quality improvements.
• Provide final
  - off on production releases, ensuring incident resolutions and feature integrity.
• Maintain open, clear communication with all stakeholders involved in the product lifecycle.

What You need to know:

• 2–4 years of
  - on experience in software manual testing.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e. g. , JIRA) and test case management systems (Test
  Rail).
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
• Strong attention to detail in documenting test steps, outcomes, and bug reports.
• Demonstrated skills in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying quality gaps and proposing solutions.
• Team-oriented mindset with a constructive approach to feedback and collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with API testing tools (e. g. , Postman, Swagger).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or browser dev tools.
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
