• Proven experience managing and optimizing MongoDB databases in large-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in query optimization, indexing, and improving database structures.
• Experience with big data systems, capable of handling millions of requests per second.
• Ability to design scalable and expandable database systems for future growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to monitoring and addressing performance issues.

• Database Management: Ensure the performance, integrity, and security of our MongoDB databases, which support millions of requests per second.
• Query Optimization: Work closely with our development team to review and optimize complex database queries, improving response times and resource efficiency.
• Database Design: Recommend and implement database structures that support current operations and future scalability, focusing on big data environments.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with backend developers, advising on database-related topics, including API integrations and performance bottlenecks.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor database systems, resolve any issues, and ensure the databases are prepared for large-scale traffic surges.
