We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Database Administrator to join our partner team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the stability, scalability and efficiency of our enterprise database systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor and
  - tune database systems to ensure 

  optimal performance and high availability.

• Work closely with Dev
  Ops, engineering and product teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with organizational goals.
• Contribute to planning meetings and daily
  - ups to support ongoing infrastructure projects.
• Diagnose and resolve database issues in both development and production environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven expertise with Microsoft SQL Server, including setup,

  performance optimization, backup/recovery and security management.

• Practical experience with Mongo
  DB, covering deployment, replication, indexing and query performance.
• Experience using Azure Data Factory or comparable ETL/integration tools to automate and orchestrate data processes.
• Strong grasp of database design principles, architecture, and integration methodologies.
• Familiarity with infrastructure planning and content management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with cloud-based database services and

  automation frameworks.

• Confidence in leading technical discussions and contributing to
  - term infrastructure strategies.
